1) Can I do the program if I have any of the following conditions:

2) Can I do this program if:

  • I am pregnant and/or breastfeeding
  • I am a vegetarian/vegan
Yes, the program will be tailored to suit you. Again, it must also be run by your doctor first.

3) What is the average amount of weight lost per week?

You can expect to lose 200-300gm per day if you stick to the plan provided

4) How do you survive on low calories?

This is a short term program using nutritional support. We use one of the worlds highest quality nutritional products. Therefore, you are fully supported nutritionally making low calories safe. Attempting low calorie diet without nutritional support is dangerous and not recommended.

5) Do men have the same calories per day or is it more?

Men start off with the same calories per day. However, if they work a physical job etc I will help tailor the program to suit their needs. This may include additional calories or supplements.

6) Can I still do this program if I am on medication or have allergies?

Yes you can. Please speak to me regarding your allergies/medication before purchasing. I can then give you some information to show your GP. The program can then be modified to suit your needs.

8) Will I need to stay on supplements forever?

No. After getting your gut health in order and reach your goal weight we would recommend a couple of products to maintain your gut health but it is optional if you do this or not.

9) I don’t want to lose weight but I do want better gut health. Can I still do this program?

Absolutely! We just make a few minor adjustments to the program for you.
